The cycle of life is perfectly expressed in the iconic sunflower, which produces seeds from which it is later “reborn.” In the sunflower, seeds grow from the centre outwards, rotating slightly with each new cell. This creates a spiral pattern that aligns with the mathematical “golden sequence,” a structure deeply embedded in nature.
